I have just doubled my holding of IVZ which I held for a few months now. Can someone share their thoughts on the scenario of the IVZ SP in the course of drilling?
I had a small parcel in 88E which didn't quite hit it. In the case of 88E, we knew that if there is no hit, the operation will be put on hold due to the end of Arctic winter and thus the SP of 88E will collapse. And probably will stay low until the approach of next season
The difference with IVZ is that they can drill and keep on drilling as they plan as long as they like as there are no weather restrictions. This makes me think that once they start drilling, the SP will be held at a certain level with some fluctuation as long as there is a potential that the next drill will be successful.
is my prediction correct? Since my limited experience in this sort of investment, my question could be rather naive. Your view would be appreciated.
