The 8 million raise was oversubscribed by 3x. In other words they got commitments for 25 million in 3 hrs. I don't think raising the cash will be a problem...I'm more concerned that IVZ holders get a look in which I have been assured would happen. Trouble is when that CR comes....IF it comes it will be at a much higher price than 11c IMO. I still believe it will be a farm down but for a much smaller %. I could be wrong but we only have about 7 weeks to end of June which see's their performance rights evaporate and the cash payments to Scott. The deal would need to be being thrashed out as we speak IMO.
