This is a brain-fart of mine at best , an opinion at worst, an great probable opportunity , for sure. Here are the 4 things to watch out for , that is that any shareholding currently before the agreement may be diluted into buggery, and then consolodated to shake out the rats and mice, and make sure that the cake is well divided in the echelons. Typical africa style.
Also watch out for the chinese interest because they will not take it sitting dow,n if they have invested in the ZIM infrastructure they will want their pound of flesh.
This plays well into the communist narrative, so they may also end up with a share in the cake.
