Please forgive my ignorance but if the U.S price per thousand...

Please forgive my ignorance but if the U.S price per thousand cubic feet of gas is currently at $2.72 and Invictus potentially has secured at least 2.5 tcf gas (estimated guess after holding 35% control after FO) then in well 1 tcf of gas should be worth 2.72 billion. Therefore $2.72 x 2.5 (potential tcf) should be worth 6.8 billion market cap for Invictus? Making the potential share price (if not diluted, currently around 462 million shares outstanding) some where in the $13-$14 range? Am I missing something or wayyy off?
