You didn’t address the point made about the sunk costs being reimbursed via the farm out terms. If that’s done there is no need for a raise.
With management performance shares related to the farm out being executed by year end, management would not need to raise again.
Farm out by year end, management performance shares awarded, reimbursement of funds and no need for a CR.
