My main concern with having no 3d is that it could add very significant time to any drilling programme.
Coupled to that is that a farmin partner will
a. want more WI to pay for 3D
b. want IVZ to do it before they commit fully.
I'm not sure in this day and age that anyone is going to drill a well anywhere without 3D?
I think it would be in IVZ holdersi interests to do 3d themselves personally, keep a larger WI still with free carry and have the latest technology giving you the best chance of success.
High Res 3D is expensive but I believe the driller will want it one way or the other.
