It won't happen though.
Apart from anything IVZ will need someone who can get the ball rolling if they make a discovery.
The government will be desperate for the $$$ to start rolling in IMO.
I believe part of the reason they have dotted every i and x every t with the PSA is so that there will be no delay from discovery.
Africa leaks like a sieve so if the sp continues on its upward journey you can bet that the PSA is close IMO and I expect following that will be the naming of our JV partner.
Its going to have to happen shortly given they are supposedly paying for the seismic which is supposed to kick off in April.......only 10 weeks away.
