I don't think so.
I think it has more to do with politics than anything else.
The highest levels of government want to be seen announcing the PSC and farm in deal IMO.
The Covid lock down has made that difficult but I believe that is now being wound back.
I think most of us here underestimate how big this is for Zim....and a good pollie never lets an opportunity to tell everyone how good they are.
On another subject, Scott told me that the delays had actually been good for IVZ in that those interested farm in partners, that were scared off by the drop in oil price and Covid, have come back and have had time to do their DD and get up to speed.
From my conversation my feeling is the farm in has gotten more competitive.
