Seismic won't start until PSA is signed and farm in announced IMO.
Our current cash is not enough to issue a seismic contract IMO.
We need the farm in so they pay and we get back costs.
As I said the other day Scott told me the delays have actually been beneficial from a farm in perspective, I'd add the price of oil won't be hurting either, I know delays are a pain in the butt but anyone who has held an African based stock knows this is the norm. The government want their pomp and ceremony.
I am hopeful that with oil heading north that we get a better deal......maybe keep a few extra % or some extra cash.
