Yes Government bodies move at their own pace, as Scott mentioned in the interview recently Zimbabwe Government needs to cut down on the red tape and implement some changes to streamline things a bit more.
It will happen when it happens, in the meantime we wait and speculate one way or another.
They still have the third tranche up their sleeve if we need to pay for seismic.
