You used the word Vested Interest. So the three promoters/operators holding the major share in the company have much bigger vested interest than you and me or anyone.
Do you think anyone floating the company and with the shares locked for 2 years.. would like to see the company valuation lower or higher or much higher to be able to sell the equity to bigger players.
Take a deep breath and think about it.
The mid to long term odds are in favour.
