You have done much talk with no facts to back them up other than the words of an IPO document the directors warn caution on or in other words BUYER BEWARE
I am quite happy to battle line for line of my two challenges I listed above.
The forum is the jury and I throw myself out to be judged on facts I present

It is taken for granted you have a financial interest in the shares increasing in price as you are a share owner .
Are there any other conflicts of interest?
