Well one poster appears not to be a fan... I reckon this is more than worth a punt at the current price. Not many other micro-caps that offer this:

• $1.5m EV (inc cash and net working cap)
• No debt other than leases.
• Great capital structure for future bolt on acquisitions - all part of the strategy.
• Management/Board with massive amount of skin in the game (holding 33m of the 45m issued shares)

I also think people are missing just how profitable the two starting operating businesses are if you annualise the 3 month and 6 month respective financial statements:

• $2.1m profit before tax
• $2.7m in positive operating cash flow

Hardly a terrible starting point is it?
