Finance Cost - new(ish) accounting rules require an interest cost to be included for any long term lease/rentals. Balance sheet shows future lease obligations (no debt).
EV difference -well one of the great things with listed coys is share prices move up and down so this leads to a change in the EV on any given day.... I also included net working capital in the calc.
Not sure how operating cash flow / cash generation of a business is not a good metric to use when looking at investments so will leave that with you.
