    Interesting commentary about the reliability of fossil generators, particular in the heat. One of the most interesting ones was the HELE plants being less reliable than old coal.

    Gee, I hope the posters that are calling for 5 new HELE plants immeadiately know about that ? Is that why they recommend 5 when we actually only need 2 ?
