all good reasons. I would like to understand better what challenges they are facing in getting a deal done. seems like they are probably not getting the price they want and eventually might have to compromise to certain extent to get a deal done.
Biden indicated they will start replenish their SPR at 67-74 oil price which shows where they anticipate to see long term price. I wonder what that means for ATS
