Given the purchaser has advised probably, we have some "brief" internal issues regarding sign off...blah blah,

So no withholding, the intent is still there for sales, no change, nothing to report.

On a galactic scale, a week hardly registers. (unless an asteroid is 30,000 ft above your head, otherwise.....no. )

I dfo have a seperate question for 2015 WG report...recovery 50-80%. Is it still the case, and what is the 20%-50% waste? Where does it go?
