    From the original JV agreement,
    the way that reads, they get the other 50% of the LOM too after finance, not just for stage 1
    However Simon was quite specific in that 50% of stage 2 is still available, I suppose we just got the abbreviated version which forgot to mention the extra 50% is just for stage 1.
