Surely a very valid point winter; isn't it illegal for any company that publishes any form of recommendation about a stock if that company is trading that stock - unless a declaration is made?
(And yes, I guess I'm just a naive bunny SMSF shareholder - who watched 'Wall Street' over the Pacific a few hours ago....)
