    Yes you are right about Amazon it is very much overhyped. Amazon already has massive sales in Australia anyway and I have heard that 45% of their wage bill in the US is covered by Govt subsidies, a deal they are unlikely to get here.
    The recent sell off is the first that Kogan has done since setting up the business I believe and the sophisticated investors concerned were happy to pay $4.25 per share.
    I have made lots of quick profits on KGN by trading it in the past but my recent purchase at $3.95 was bought on the understanding that I was buying in to hold longterm as the price was at a point where it usually bounced back and I didn't anticipate getting in any cheaper.
    The latest dip was I think merely a response to the stock being talked down by some brokers as a result of the cash flow report. I have posted EquityStory's take on that later in the thread.
    In the meantime the share price is on the move back up by 3.95% already today so I am definitely happy to hold. Even at these multiples. And if my capital wasn't tied up elsewhere I might be tempted to increase my holdings
