Nobody knows. There are legal subtleties involved. Presumably because the LAMP has been completely approved. Phase I and phase II. So there is no LAMP Non-Approval event.
OK, so there is no licence to operate, but I'm sure that Lynas will argue that that is not relevant, the LAMP does have all necessary approvals. Mt Kellett might argue otherwise. Winners - lawyers, losers shareholders.
