How many brokers that cover Lynas other than Foster's have a sell recommendation? All analysts I've read about have Buy, Spec Buy, etc with significant PT in the order of 75-150% up on SP. Foster's just irrelevant except to their own gullible clients.

What has been Foster's Stockbroking's recommendation on LYC throughout the fall from $2.70? How much credibility do they have telling their clients to sell out at 77c? No more than a purist Charter triumphantly touting a broker Sell recommendation as if he/she had a religious epiphany. If you really must destroy your credibility, this is the way to do it. (Foster's I mean, of course)

re: Mt Kellett: they are Lynas best friend. Of course there is a protection clause in the agreement. It's not in their interest to exercise it if TOL remains unissued. Lynas make it clear they don't expect to be in that situation in October in any case. Were the TOL to be denied outright, Mt Kellet are protected to some extent, that's all.
