AS you point out, the yield is far from attractive. One would assume that MK expected to convert at $1.25 with the sp being a hell of a lot higher.
Their reputation would suggest that they wont sit in the background and wait if TOL is not issued by Oct 15th. Unlikely to go like Baja Mining, but perhaps it would be a positive to have the infamous or famous (depending on your point of view) 'Goldfinger' standing over NC.
