I agree, broker house research reports are usually not worth reading anything into at all. Very occasionally they might provide some extra insight or facts, but usually they are just rehashing company information with some arbitrary price target.
That being said, RFN at this market cap with its even minor potential cash-flows is doing better than some other tech stocks and recent RTO's. There is no denying that a $2 share price was absolutely nuts. At sub 60c its a different story. Just my view anyhow.
