I agree that the spot price of NdPr is down at the moment but I doubt Lynas would sign long term contracts below $48 kg,
Also interesting to note that about 25% of the 600t mth PrNd will be separated into Nd and Pr. In particular Pr is currently selling at a premium to NdPr. Amanda made a point of saying at the AGM that they intend maximizing return by separating NdPr and La Ce to customer requirements.
To explain my sentiment... I am inclined to ride out the tree shaking and hold for long term, not to say if I had any more spare coin I would definitely buy more, but I have reached my limit.
