Don't know if they've ever broken out the per ton shipping cost for ore concentrate to LAMP (I'd be interested), but sending WLP back would be similar cost; similar radioactivity level to concentrate, similar quantity, similar shipping methods and containers.
No way to say what the various options cost or which is cheapest.
