what's the diff between someone saying.. i reckon lng in the short term will go down to $4.00 (downramping)... compared to someone that says "i reckon lng in the long term will go up to $7.70 (upramping)

I see your point but saying it will go down to $4 or $7.70 is NOT the same as saying it will go to 50¢ , agreed?
