He addresses BB as B and MF as F, which is interesting.
But he thinks that, together, they have organised the team that they want. That's a worry, as it means, if correct, that the Exec Ch has worked with a non-Director who is at least an associate to orchestrate a new management (just management??) team, and seemingly overcoming any opposition from the other Ds.

Therefore, the question has to be asked: who runs the show?
