We all have read the following news this morning.

And we may be confused about the ownership % #2.


I did more research on Harvest One Cannabis Inc ("HOC").  In above table, Cannabis Wheaton has 49% ownership #2 in HOC. I was confused on whether CW owns 49% of HOC?

After reading below news, I become clear that CW owns 49% of HOC's subsidiaries ("United Greeneries Ltd" and  "United Greeneries Saskatechwan Ltd")

CW has 10% #1 ownership and 49% #2 ownership in BCC based on above table, which could mean CW has 49% ownership in BCC's subsidiary (maybe newly created).

There is still possibility that CMY and BCC have another deal. CMY take direct ownership in BCC or created a joint subsidiary. Even if CW has 10% ownership in BCC, there is still 90% left. We wait for the deal.
