but stay focused on reality

Yeah, the reality is we are a lot longer dead than what we are alive.
Quite a few of those atrocities you exposed, those who died from them, have for many years been in death, over and above the years they were alive. The rest eventuate in the same reality.

Stay focussed and remain in the present - your friends, wives, children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews will thank you.

The same reality awaits them as well.
How will being focussed in the present, help them avoid that reality?
Mother Earth was in much better condition in the past and it didn't help those from her past, escape reality.

It is really sad, that we need stories and beliefs to keep us from behaving badly - and it isn't working, anyway,

It, isn't, isn't it.
The reality keeps happening.
Something inherently inadequate we are in the flesh.
I don't want to appear as a downer on things. I don't have that much of an emotional attachment at all.
I just accept reality.
Focussing on it doesn't alter it, it just is what it is.
