with wife nos 1, watso bought and laid the carpet in the bedroom (laid - well, just rolled it out) - anyway, years later, after wife nos 1 had left, watso wanted to do some work, rolled up the carpet, and there was $20 under the carpet - just where the door opens.. one thing for sure is that watso did not put the $20 there
wife nos 2, does a bit of cleaning one day, shifts the bedside cabinet (on the side where the wives slept) and notices a bulge under the carpet, investigates and finds about $1,000 in a roll.. one thing for sure, is that watso did not put it there .
the thing that confuses watso, is that he can sort of understand hiding $1,000 - but is totally perplexed about hiding $20 under the carpet
