ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING
THE HAKSKEEN URANIUM PROJECT - NAMIBIA
In response to the ASX letter dated the 18th March 2005, the Directors advise that the first pass ground radiometric survey was conducted over an area depicted on a published map as containing a uranium occurrence at Hakskeen located within the Erongo Polymetallic Project. In addition, exploration data from the Ministry of Mines and Energy in Namibia shows an airborne radiometric anomaly (two times background) covering a north-east tending zone of 8 kilometres in length and averaging 2 kilometres in width.
Reefton have completed two ground truthing radiometric survey lines, each of 1,000 metres in length and 1,000 metres apart. Readings were taken with a Canadian EDA Scintillometer (GRS-500) hired from Fugro Instruments, Perth. Station interval is 20 metres and the data recorded from the survey is displayed in Table 1 (attached).
The ground radiometric data shows significant readings of up to 4.5 times background. The data is a valid measurement of physical properties of uranium and its daughter products. Some authors regard an anomaly as results above 2 times background and significant anomalies above two standard deviations. These Hakskeen anomalies being 4.5 times background and well in excess of two standard deviations, are clearly significant. They are consistent with the presence of a source of uranium bearing mineralisation, similar to other occurrences in the Province.
The radiometric survey is continuing in conjunction with soil sampling over the radiometric anomalies.
An RC drilling rig has been engaged to commence shallow drilling on the Hakskeen target which is interpreted as a potential palaeochannel uranium deposit similar to the Larger Heinrich uranium deposit located to South (see location map attached).
Drilling is anticipated to begin on the palaeochannel within the next few days.
Mr Garry Hemming has worked on the Plumbago Uranium Project and the Honeymoon Well Uranium deposit both located in South Australia. Mr Hemming has sufficient experience which is relevant to the style of mineralisation and type of deposit under consideration and to the activity which he is undertaking to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2004 Edition of the 'Australian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserve'. Mr Hemming consents to the inclusion in the report of the matters based on his information in the form and context in which it appears.
We confirm that the company is in compliance with the listing rules and, in particular, listing rule 3.1.

FURTHER INFORMATION REGARDING "NEW URANIUM DISCOVERY" ANNOUNCEMENT
In response to the ASX letter of 18 March 2005, the Directors provide the following response in relation to the question as to why the Company's announcement of the same date was entitled "New Uranium Discovery".
Prior to the location of the regional airborne radiometric summary map by Dr Christian Schlag, the Company was unaware of uranium mineralisation within its Erongo Polymetallic Project, Namibia.
Subsequent validation of the airborne radiometrics by completing a ground truthing radiometric survey has identified a uranium source, warranting/* the title of "New Uranium Discovery".
