You have covered it well, the small cap raisings to just get us through until we get the deal sounds like the classic bed time story about the "Little boy who cried wolf"
QMN's track record from listing as i posted before is a share price down almost 1000% and on top of this its been diluted by more than double, dilution and raising cash is a fact of life but the blatant kick teh can down the road metality and lack of performance from the current board would in a normal job result in immediate dismissal and it would have been a couple of years ago.
These style of directors forget that they actually work for the shareholders, qmn is a publicly listed company yet they act and perform like its a private entity.
Keep gathering votes and keep griding the axe until you get the rot out, they dont deserve their job let alone their over the top compensation.
