WB,
I would rather have Resource Capital as the top shareholder than Sterling, given the pain and uncertainty we endured over the last few years. I would however prefer to see other new corner stone supportive shareholder(s) on the register in addition to RCF. (to dillute the voting power)
What ever the case is, as long as Sterling is out of the way, I'll be very happy. MZI can now move ahead with the Keysbrook Development (Full steam ahead)
Dont know about the royalty, that is a good question, it may pass to the new shareholder(s) or just lapse in which case its a huge positive to all shareholders.
I'm watching this very closely!!!
