for that reason it has been trading at a discount to the offer- I had tipped a few out as a hedge given the uncertainty ,even before I read your post now - i was going to buy some mbe with the funds but kept missing!

speaking of mbe, the thought crossed my mind that there was a possibility of the likes of them taking out adj -on the proviso this offer didnt proceed!! dont know how likely

anyway despite the uncertainty, the dixons et al will be working hard to get it away as they have plenty of skin in the game
