Excuse me for being young and naive, but i am. Correct me if im wrong but surely GMG can ride out this storm. My theory being that while the value of property has dropped, they havent lost any money unless they sell off the lower priced assets. Surely unless vacancy rates have gone up, therefore less income, their situation is no differant than if there was no "recession"?
