thanks dogby - hyosuk87's use of 'total' as well as 'net' threw me (selective dyslexia on my part). if i may ask - what part of hyosuk87's figures you are querying?
i find it amusing that for the past year intell investor was telling subscribers how timbercorp's debt was not a problem (that cashflow and interest cover was the important metric, that the balance sheet would repair itself over time), perhaps given that catastrophe they are jumping at shadows. then again, maybe GMG is the next/bigger/multinational/industrial land TIM...
dylan83- you are right, but only if sharemarkets and bankers weren't so jittery at the mo. the JREITs share your sensibility ("i aint selling for that price, look at how much rent we pull in") but eg Becton is charging out the gate and floggin everything they can in case it ends up being a race to the bottom.
