Ghosta, were there lots of investors like yourself at the foundation day? I'd imagine it must be quite a buzz to be there. I had thought about flying down there for a day to check out the area. Is it worth the trouble you think? I've been looking through properties online around Zeehan and 900m2 blocks of land have a hefty asking price of $15000!! I wonder how long before that doubles in value?
On the subject of dividend, if Ian Levy can make that sort of promise, he and the board must be super confident about the future prospects for AGM! It's something every investors want to hear :)
