I think you are correct although doubt the Partner will on charge a client?

I would have thought that if it's becoming a "standard feature" a client isn't paying for the feature to be added as it will be in the standard access charge not an optional extra?

Commercials aren't available but typically this sort of thing is a global access to the service for a fixed cost and term IE Web ex agree on a rate for access to a maximum of xxx Dubber Users at a rate of $xx for a period of x months. Easily calculated revenue for Dubber as they have built the platform so now pre-selling some of the capacity. Guarantees cash flow for sure and certain though.

All just imo as no details of any agreement with any prospective customer are available
