    Cubic root of 120/2.4 gives 3.68
    120 load
    2.4t/m3 (concrete density excluding rebar)

    So a gravity footing 4x4x4m would stop the ceto6 from moving away. You would assume that the 120 is the peak load or design load after safety factors have been factored in.
