The billionaire hired investment bank UBS to sell 5 million shares in the connectivity business, which is expected to elbow its way into the benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index next month, at $13 apiece, according to terms sent to fund managers.

The offer price reflected a 5.8 per cent discount to the last close, a 6.6 per cent discount to the one-day volume-weighted average price and a 5.9 per cent discount to the 10-day volume-weighted average price.
The offer size represented 3.3 per cent of the securities on issue, the term sheet said.
UBS was calling for bids to be submitted by 6.30pm AEST.
