Sounds like Fat Bloater was spot on and your new true equity value buyer really have done their pants. I think the former owner maybe knew enough and the writing was on the wall for the best short position in the entire market above $1. Happy trading your value stock at 80c for another 2 years before the package is dis-emboweled and sold off.

The last time there was an opportunity like this in the market was the day the current CEO took over and the stock was trading above $1.30 before he quickly turned it south to 50c and diluted the stock to be almost worthless.

Very sad and time to now look on without a divvy or any prospect of any future growth except over paid executives ruining good companies and delivering on nothing but their own cv's.
