I was of the understanding CRZ could not increase there stake through to a period ending early 2016. Will have to re read past announcements but its all a bit messy. Why do I get suss every time I see an investor presentation. Don't know if this announcement from early his year has any relevance to todays news. At least SP well of the daily low. Will re access my position in ICQ when things become clearer as my entry was sub $1 so owes me nothing although don't want to see further capital gains erosion.
