$108mil, 9 for 2 rights issue, (sorry thats not written the wrong way around), at 4cents.

600mil shares on issue / 2 * 9 = 2.7billion shares to be issued at 4cents.

post raising AXM will have 3.3billion shares on issue.

expected to gain strong support due to massive discount and debt free/cash in bank at the end of the day.

Fully underwritten by Pattersons with GoldmanSachs acting as part underwriters.

well guys, i'm not going to say its great, i'm not going to say i'm happy but it is the right way forward imo, get the debt monkey off the back and hit 140k ounces quick smart.
