yao, Chinese people have been stealing from the West for many years and they continue to do so. Just ask Bill Gates about it, or any of the luxury lines of goods from Europe, rolex etc. Think of all those pirated movies and records. With regard to iron ore, we have no idea about the claims of losses because it is all a secret. Hu is guilty of one thing, bribery for which he got his just deserts, but as you well know bribery is a way of life in China and it is who you know that matters, not whether you are caught. As an aside, China complains about monopolies of supply of iron ore while commanding an almost complete monopoly on the supply of manufactured goods to the West. I would say that China should grow up and stop behaving like a spoiled brat.
