In regards to the valuation, it needs to be reduced because of the dilution, and I have also been looking at the true TCF... Do you know what the P50 was last time it was assessed post renewal (when they lost 50% of their permit?) lol... Yes it certainly does need to be change, I will put that on my list of things to do.
