Yes the Howard Liberals were racists no doubt about that. Just look at the now failed intervention into aboriginals in the NT thats about as racist as you can get. I am not saying something did not need to be done about the NT but the way it was done was big brotherly and doomed to fail as it has. Rudd is continuing it and is also failing even though Labor changed some of the more extreme methods the Liberals employed. Dave R.
