pierogi why can't the "less well off" go and try and better themselves to break the cycle? i agree some do. it might be harder now given the current economic climate but it hasn't always been like this economically. many of those on welfare choose to be there and think they are entitled to it. they think it is there to support their lifestyle when it is purely meant to be there for "tough times". some people are forever in "tough times" it seems and blame the workers for trying to protect their hard earned.
