Its a catch 22 here, inorder for the SP to rise there has to people willing to pay a higher price for it. Now people will only pay a higher price if they see they can get a good return, this maybe in the form of capital gain or a distribution. So unless CNP announces a distribution (of any amount or form) or a demand for it (for a quick takeover period profit) I don't see this SP reaching the levels that some people are predicting because at the moment there is no solid outline from CNP management for a ROI.
