I daresay insider tarding happens a lot but what will really be the test for ORD is what happens tomorrow...if the price retreats significantly (i suspect it will) then holders would have a right to be pretty upset as this is a repeating pattern with this stock and ORD have already had the ASX turn their offices upside down for this reason in the past...will be interesting to see what happens tomorrow.
